I liked the service. The negotiator (Leo) was very friendly and helpful, everything has been going smoothly up to now. I like the studio flat and didn't get any nasty surprises :) Thank you Leo. Definitely I do recommend "Go View" to anybody and would be happy to use their services in the future.

Have dealt with Go View since 2011 and both the sales and lettings team have been excellent throughout. Thoroughly honest and professional service and the team is always willing to help and go that extra mile when needed. Particular thanks to Bryan and Michael, I would not hesitate to recommend Go View to friends.

Since Mari's been at Go View, she's provided excellent service to me as a landlord. Mari is professional, courteous, friendly and perhaps most crucially, efficient! Go View provides an excellent all-round service to its customers and Mari has ensured that this continues to be the case as far a property management is concerned.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to say thank you to Leo for his excellent service. He was so helpful and friendly, very professional and responsive, and as a result, the whole letting process was as smooth and fast as I could have imagined. I’d highly recommend this agent and agency!

What a poor excuse of a property management agency. Think twice before you use them. Rude, lazy team. Endless issues throughout our tenancy, I am so happy we no longer have to deal with them. I will actively be telling everyone how horrible they are. My experience was just a nightmare from the day we signed our contract.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Agent replied

Dear Pedram Rasti We understand you were tenants that we introduced to a landlord client, who then administered the tenancy and registered your deposit directly as landlords are entitled to do. Part of being a tenant is that you need to pay your rent in line with your tenancy agreement and if you wish to enact a break clause you need to do so in line with your contractual terms. The picture you paint is false and defamatory and you may wish to reconsider your review. We administer hundreds of rental agreements every year, the vast majority of tenants pay their rent in line with the agreement and respond to our communications when we need to facilitate agreements between them and their landlord. There are over 125 separate pieces of legislation in the management of private rental properties and we need to adhere to the contractual arrangements that govern these agreements while protecting the interests of our client, the landlord. At the same time from the hundreds of rental agreements we do yearly, and we collect over £8m in rent on behalf of clients on annual basis, we try to do our job as fairly and reasonably possible to tenants, many of whom go on and leave us a positive reviews. We are thankful for these positive reviews given as an independent business employing over 20 colleagues our reputation is really important to us in growing and sustaining our company. You may wish to consider your review and if any falsehoods contained within it may be unfairly prejudicing our business.

My mum bought a property with Go View and the team was great and very helpful . The images and video captions for the properties they sent was very impressive , the photographer was really able to capture great images which definitely helped with my mums decisions to which properties she would be viewing in order to make her choice ! I would recommend them .

Worst Experience i have ever had as far as estate agents go, i will go as far as saying the worst in any service industry, left me hanging for 15 days and after chasing them for all that time they told me on 28th December (move in date 31st Dec) that this will not go ahead, Katie and Sean are two people i would recommend you do not deal with and after many many emails their senior managers failed to respond to me with as much as a simple apology, Please avoid at all costs

I have to say when we started with Go View we had a good impression and I was tempted at the time to leave a positive review. However once we got into the property we had multiple issues - such as boiler not working correctly, uncleaned parts of the property, the fridge did not work, no table and chairs as requested, radiators did not work and when we requested a wardrobe (the landlord knowing full well there were two of us) we received one which was barely big enough to fit one person's clothes in. Similarly when we requested a sofa, we also received one which was incredibly small. It all felt cheap. When we said we were unhappy was no attempt at a compromise, we were stuck with the tiny wardrobe/sofa and ended up buying ourselves a wardrove twice the size, which we built ourselves. Not great, but the issues were fixed (for the most part) during the tenancy. Why a broken fridge was not spotted earlier I am not sure. However the real issues arrived when we left the property. Unfortunately due to some personal circumstances our leaving of the property was rushed (also partly because we had people visiting the property all the time, and we had to vacate due to the nature of our works) and there a few things missed such as a couple of lightbulbs / some marks above a door. Just to replace the lightbulbs and apply quick coat of paint (a max 30min job at best) we were quoted to lose £250 out of our deposit. We were also charged £30 for not screwing in a chair (which we had to build ourselves, because the original table/chairs wasn't there) and penalised about £12 for a, "hairline crack" (as per inventory) in the fridge shelf which wasn't counted as wear and tear. However we were only told this cost almost a month after we moved out, and with new tenants arriving, we were told that we cannot replace them ourselves, leaving us out of pocket of £250 which anyone could fix for less than £20. We understand things need to be fixed and definitely don't dispute that, but the fact we were told late robbed us of any chance we had to fix them ourselves, so we have to bear the cost of an electrician coming out to change the lightbulbs and a professional to paint the door. Given that we had multiple issues ourselves this wasn't taken consideration though, nor does it felt like anyone really listened even when mentioned that I had to take time off work during this period due to being so poorly. Being sniped for not screwing something in we had to build ourselves (which should have been there already), or for a hairline crack feels almost pettiness and greed, given that the property we rented went up by over £250 after we had left. In short, they'll only work to the letter of the law, not the spirit. If you ask for anything make sure you spell out EXACTLY what you need; don't expect them to be sensible and apply some logic. Left to their own devices you will just have the cheapest/tackiest thing they can get away with. There will be no compromise or support for you as a tenant, only for whatever makes them money.

The guys at Goview are highly professional. I've been dealing with Bryan, Chris and Jack for a number of years now with my property and have been impressed with their effectiveness. Recently Rebecca has helped immensely and I would recommend Goview to anyone looking into renting in the Ealing area.
