The most unprofessional company that I have ever came across. Wanted you view a property advertised for sale, left details on online chat as well as called the local branch and was told that I will receive a call the same day. Called after 4 days and was informed that an offer has been made due yo which I didn't receive a call. As a courtesy you should call your potential customers. Viewed another property with Perkins which are 100 meters away and made an offer on that property. Don't use this company as they come across as extremely unprofessional to deal with.

I have been using Evans as my letting management for a few years now. They go above and beyond, and nothing is to much trouble. I deal with both Joanna's and they are both very professional and understand my needs as a landlord. They keep me updated with any issues immediately and aim to resolve them without any fuss. I would highly recommend them to any landlords, they take away all the worries associated with being a landlord. Evans i found to be honest and upfront and i like that. When compared to other agents i invited to give an evaluation one in particular under evaluated by £70k! shameful. Evans on the other hand i felt had my best interest at heart. Staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. My property was released for sale on the Wednesday and sold (subject to contract) on Saturday in just 3 days. I never imagined that was even possible. I was keep updated every stage of the process. After the passing of my father in law we needed to sell my husbands family home. This was a difficult time and 3 hours drive from where we now lived. We randomly selected Evans and Co to give one of 3 valuations. We immediately warmed to Jason Evans, with his professional yet ‘unpushy’ manner. He was realistic in his advice to us and so kind and empathetic, so we chose to go with him. The house was sold at a good price within 10 days, but then we had a painful wait for probate. Natalia at Evans was so helpful in keeping us up to date and reassured us constantly along the way. All has now gone through and we cannot be more thankful for all the help that we have had from these estate agents. We would highly recommend them.
