Great experience and very smooth transaction! Dealt with Natalia, and she definitely stands out from all the agents we had to deal with previously. Natalia was always following up with all the parties and updating us promptly. She didn't mind to have an extra call and nothing sounded like a burden to her. Thank you all.

At a very difficult time when the stamp duty rose dramatically I put the property up for sale. Under difficult circumstances Evans & Co pulled it off with experience and efficiency. Jason would always give his time and nothing was too much trouble for Natalia.

We found dealing with Evan's & Company a pleasure, especially when dealing with Jason who guided us through all the stages of selling our property with true professionalism. We sold the property in about 5 months with completion in March after Jason gave his personal attention to our buyer on exchange dates. Buying and selling properties is a very stressful situation, again Evan's made the experience manageable for us. Thank you Jason. Linda & Tony

Nathalie was knowledgeable about the local market and provided us with invaluable insights into the properties we were considering. She was also a skilled negotiator, working hard to secure a fair price for us. Nathalie was professional, courteous, and always went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth and stress-free experience. We would highly recommend Nathalie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Nathalie, for all of your hard work and dedication.

Had a great experience with Natalia at Evans and co. I had a particularly long winded process due to some difficult solicitors but Natalia maintained professionalism throughout. I viewed a property with her before but that wasn’t right for me and she decided to show me my (now) house and it was perfect. I’d been looking for over a year and she managed to find something just right for me. I’d recommend evans and co - I won’t be recommending my solicitors! Thanks natalia
