I have had many a dealing with Estate/Property agents over the years and have always been left with the feeling of not really trusting everything they say - or perhaps didn't say! BUT not with Evans and Co. Jason was my first contact at the company and was the only agency I met that when choosing this time that seemed happy to spend the time finding out about our situation; other agents didn't even take their coats off! Natalia however was the person that we then had as our contact; she kept us informed all the time (and always updated the app with visits and feedbacks); she was so efficient, honest, knowledgeable, approachable. We don't live locally and she really went out of her way to check on the house and read meters for us etc. This company made us feel like we were the most important client they had! Yes, I know this is all part of 'being a sales person' but it came from a place of customer service not just from earning a commission. And in this property sale they really did earn their commission. Thank you to the team at Evans and Co. It should hopefully go with out saying that I highly recommend this company.

Natalia Georgis rolled out the red carpet for first time buyers, through out the entire process she kept me well informed and up to date. From personal experience, you end up having to chase for an update. Natalia is the total opposite, she will make sure to pick up the phone and inform you of the current situation. She is extremely hepful, professional and well experienced. Through out the process of purchasing my first property, there were hiccups along the line as you could expect. However Natalia is the one that would put in the leg work and makes sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible in order to avoid wasting time. Jason and his team were fantastic during the sale of our property. This was a big step for us as a family, but throughout the whole process Jason’s communication and professionalism was unmatched. We were informed at every step along the way, Jason was very understanding, patient and accommodating to the various situations that occurred during the time of sale. When Jason was not available (which was very rare) the receptionist Natalia was superb. Incredibly informative, made all the necessary calls to give us answers to our questions and was very helpful throughout. I would highly recommend using Evans and Co, they have made what is usually a very stressful experience very manageable and stress free. I could not recommend them enough!

There is a - to Let’ board placed at our property nailed to our fence which we didn’t request for!! Called them 3 times in past 3 weeks but it’s still not taken off! Every time the answer is someone will come and take it off but still not done! And that’s it’s been put on by mistake! What kind of job you guys do when the board is put at wrong address!!!!

What a lying, unprofessional & time wasting agency. I dealt with Jason who kept lying to me, they accepted my offer and was talking to them for a month inquiring about the progress of the house purchase, one time he is not in the office another time in holiday ... after insisting on talking to him and getting an answer, he told me that he was waiting for a confirmation from the landlord to start the process. Thenn2 hours later, he called me and said that the landlord accepted a higher offer through a another estate agency (absolute lie). They never put the house under offer. I asked my wife to call from a different number, and they told her the house is under offer. They knew that we had to move out before my baby's due date. Please don't approach this agency
