Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement of the boiler in my flat which is being rented out. From the outset, Monika was extremely professional and also had a very affable way about her which made the whole process, which could have been very stressful, manageable. Monika definitely gave me a "sleep easy" factor as I felt very assured that this big and costly project was in good hands. Furthermore, Monika dealt with a post-completion error quickly and with minimal fuss which really sealed it for me.

Christian at Dexter's Ealing office has been…

Christian at the Ealing office has been extremely professional in dealing with all aspects of the property management - whenever a problem occurs, it has usually been dealt with promptly and efficiently, while keeping me in the loop. It's good to know the property is in such reliable hands. The only reason for not giving five stars is the occasional contact from a team member who clearly does not know the property (or my) details well enough or its past repairs history - in all cases, Christian has stepped in to remedy any issue promptly.

Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. She saw through the whole process and made sure things were done well. Thank you Monika for fighting for our rights to live in a safe and comfortable home.

Unfortunately, at the end I didn´t close the option with Dexter and this is a mixed feeling because the support and the Customer Service that we´ve got from Devon were fantastic. Always trying to meet our needs, with a super positive mindset to support, without invading our space but always bringing different possible, at the end we chose another property that offered a bit better community facilities.  Even not make final agreements with Dexter the experience with them was supper positive. Excellent Property Management Service

I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional. First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.
