In the previous 17 years I tried four different letting agents, from the very large to the very small. All of them proved unsatisfactory, in some cases exacerbating the problems of letting a flat and/or becoming a problem in their own right. It was a great relief, after years of frustration, to find in Andrew Nunn a competent, efficient, cooperative and conscientious agent. I can highly recommend this company.

GoogleFantastic Estate Agents. Katherine, Suzana and Gabriela have been extremely professional and helpful whilst managing my property for the last 9 years. This last year has clearly been the most challenging due to the difficulties posed by Covid however the team have ensured that both viewings and works to the property have gone on smoothly and as per the current strict and ever changing guidelines. My completion and handover was facilitated and assisted through proving reliable recommendations for amongst others, end of tenancy cleaning services. Furthermore, the integrity and transparency over the final deposit etc. was seamless and reduced any unnecessary stress to a minimum. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free professional engagement in the Chiswick / Acton area.

GoogleAfter 3 moves in Chiswick and having dealt with most of the 50 or so agencies here I can honestly say that the staff at Andrew Nunn stand out a mile. Not only do they get the basics right (punctual, well spoken, smartly dressed, knowledgeable etc.) they are aware of market conditions and demand \ supply. We have been dealing with George Jones and he even remembered the size of our funny shaped sofa from 2016!
