Katherine went above and beyond to help once we had secured the property and made the contract and moving process really easy. GoogleComing from NYC it seems strange to have such a great experience with a real estate agent. I worked with George and Katherine who were so kind and professional throughout. Communication was always easy and friendly. With my experience they also seem to work with fantastic landlords who take care of their renters. I would absolutely recommend Andrew and Nunn and I am so grateful for the positive experience working with them.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of working with Andrew Nunn & Associates for a number of years now. They help me to let both my properties in Chiswick and have always found good quality tenants in a timely fashion to minimise void periods. I very much appreciate how they keep me informed of regulation changes and advise on any issues with the rental properties. I have dealt with other letting agencies in Chiswick which lack the professional and polite service you will find here.

They were helpful, responsive and just great to work with. We felt really looked after, which is important when you're going through the stressful experience that selling a house entails. GoogleWe have recently exchanged contracts on our house with Andrew Nunn & Associates. Andrew and his team were first-class throughout: responsive, proactive, pragmatic and efficient. Selling a house is not exactly a stress-free experience but they did not add to the stress in any way and that is the best compliment I can give. Highly recommended and a sharp contrast to the high-street chains I have dealt with in the past.

GoogleWe had a wonderful experience letting a flat through Andrew Nunn & Associates. Suzana, the property manager who handles our flat, gave us the first showing (rather than sending a realtor). She gave us plenty of time to see the flat and ask questions, which we found highly unusual compared with other showings (and absolutely wonderful)! Katherine, who later helped us with the application process, was prompt and communicative at every step. Since moving into our flat we have had a few maintenance issues and the staff at Andrew Nunn and Associates has been responsive, swift, and helpful. We are delighted to recommend them!
