Alex Langdon at Andrew Nunn is a conscientious, persistent, and deeply honest broker who truly partners with his clients through every step of their journey. ​We were fortunate enough to meet Alex at his previous firm during a period of significant stress. At the time, we were extremely unhappy with the service we were receiving and feared our sale might fall through due to mismanagement. Thankfully, Alex stepped in, and the entire experience shifted immediately. He took the time to visit us, tour our home, and truly understand our needs. ​Throughout a challenging sale and purchase, Alex was our strongest advocate. He handled a particularly temperamental third party with grace, building the necessary relationships to keep the deal alive. Whether he was smoothing over logistical hurdles or providing much-needed reassurance during the 'twists and turns,' his initiative was unmatched. ​It was a stressful process, but Alex’s presence kept us moving forward. Frankly, I don’t think we could have gotten this over the line without him. Feeling bullied by this agency, who made us give up part of our deposit for additional cleaning despite us having hired professional cleaners for end of tenancy and no complaint about it in the checkout report. I guess by threatening tenants with a lengthy arbitration process, you can pretty much always get your way as an agency. Tenancy itself was OK. Responded quickly to requests but also left some things unresolved like smelly, leaking washing machine, I'm guessing because it would cost a bit of money to replace this with one that was properly working.
