GoogleWe had an awesome experience. We had a property to let. This was done very professional from the talking over the telephone and the viewing of the property. The taking of the photographs and there was even a video of the property done to make it easier for the clients to view the property online. We lots of people viewing the property which was great. Many thanks for to Jonny, Gareth and the amazing team! Great service and a pleasure to work with them all. They really did understand our needs. Definitely will be using them again in the future. GoogleYour move provided a good service from viewing the property arriving with paperwork to support information on local properties comparing their valuation, posting the property online through to the sale and completion. The property was sold and completed in 12 weeks. I'm sure it would have been sooner if it wasn't for Christmas holidays.

GoogleFrom day one we received a respectful and professional experience when recently selling my mother in laws house. All the team where excellent from day one providing expertise and advice throughout. I would recommend Your Move estate agents without a second thought to anyone, and expelled the estate agent image completely. GoogleAbsolutely terrible, gives students a mouldy property and then continues to lecture them about how it’s their fault for choosing that room in the first place. Apparently getting safe accomodation that isn’t a risk to your health is too much to ask from these people. Utterly abysmal, would avoid at all costs
We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your accommodation when it came to moving in, having stored items at the property for several weeks over the summer. As you are aware we have since investigated the issues reported and have concluded that there was no evidence of damp within your room, in fact the issue was a result of lack of ventilation. This conclusion was also shared by West Northamptonshire Council whom confirmed this with you in person when the visited the property. West Northamptonshire Council reminded you that the extractor fan must be switched on when the en-suite is in use and that the room must be ventilated on a regular basis. They also advised that tenants are responsible for any items stored at the property over the summer as the tenancy had already commenced. The Landlord fitted a high performance extractor fan prior to your occupation and has since installed trickle vents to the windows to make it easier for you to keep your room ventilated. Despite having an extractor fan and trickle vents, we also recommend opening your windows periodically as failure to do this can create excess moisture in the air which can potentially form mould
