The biggest strength was towards the end of the process where it was tricky and Jess helped manage the conveyencing and liaise with others in the chain. She was a lifesaver. Agents cost a lot of money, but they truly earned it, particularly through Jess’ proactiveness. We would use again.

GoogleWe would have given 5 stars, but felt we could have been contacted a bit more. Lots of customers looking to buy, but unfortunately the one we chose pulled out after several weeks. We felt had they been chased up a bit more by the agents we would have found this out sooner, after finding our dream home, it was through the patience of the sellers through another estate agents, we were able to eventually go ahead with the purchase after another buyer for our old house, had been found. The staff at Your Move seemed very friendly though and helped us price the property originally, although we did have to drop the price after the original buyers pulled out. A very stressful experience.
