From start to end their service delivery was extremely good. Olivia at the Duston branch maintained communication between us, buyers and both set of solicitors. Olivia shared up to date information making the process less stressful. I would have given 5 stars BUT commission was agreed at a lower %, they tried to charge an higher % and did not in any way state that VAT would be added. This made a significant difference in our payment to them and lacked clarity on their part. However I would go with them again.

Chris managed our initial sale process of our old property - offered us the best deal and were very professional & quick to put our house on the market. We sold within 2 months.
We then worked with both Megan & Becky on finding a new property, and then Becky handled our purchase of a new house in the local area. Becky was great throughout keeping us informed of progress on all parties.

GoogleThe Duston office handled my sale. The reason i choose them was due to their experience and knowledge. From the initial call, putting my home on the market, Chris was diligent and advised well regarding the market and potential buyers. Megan always kept me in the loop with potential buyers and viewings. Becky was the glue that kept the correspondence going and informed me every step of the way, especially when liaising between both buyer,solicitors and agents. The team i dealt with had over 50 years experience between them and that was the difference in completing my sale as opposed to using an online site to save some money. You get what you pay for.

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.
