Robinsons have been great from start to finish. This was my first property purchase so wasn't really sure how things work. Robinsons were able to offer help and advice and kept me informed every step of the way. THE best estate agent to use if you're selling a property in Ingleby Barwick !! Superb in every way. The initial appraisal by Chris, the manager, was thorough, realistic and the photos and brochure were excellent and the setting up viewings was handled professionally. Once we had agreed a buyer, the process of helping us along the road to completion was done expertly by Victoria , our Sales Negotiator,who went above and beyond in liaising with our buyers and solicitor in order to speed up the sale of our property. We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

After accidentally locking ourselves out on a Sunday in lockdown AND the coldest snowy day of the year, we were stuck with nowhere to go and had to book into a hotel. Robinsons was closed however I tried to reach the lovely staff as a last option not expecting anyone to reply as it was their day of rest. Luckily a few hours later we got a call from manager Ryan to come and pick our spare keys up. We are so grateful, Robinsons went beyond customer care especially given they were not open ! We were so happy to be home and definitely learnt our lesson about locking ourselves out the house ! Thank you Robinsons 5 star service and thank you for how much you care about your customers !! After my property remained on the market unsold with another agent for numerous months, I contacted Robinsons in Sedgefield. Ryan visited my home, took photos and created a very professional virtual tour and floor plan. Within 2 weeks my property was sold. I was updated weekly by Sharon and Jade who have been fabulous all along and always been on hand when I’ve needed help or advice. If I could give this team 100 stars I would. We have recently had dealings with both the letting and sales sides of Robinson’s. They have been efficient, professional and friendly. They are competitively priced and realistic in their valuations, unlike other estate agents in the local area. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and when dealing with the letting team they promptly addressed any issues raised by the tenant to reduce the stress of letting. I have had dealings with a number of other estate agents in the local area and feel that Robinson’s is without doubt the best and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. When selling our property they went the extra mile to ensure the marketing was first class and our property sold on the first viewing for the price they had anticipated. If you want a stress free,professional, high quality service then go to them.

We purchased out current house through the Sedgefield branch of Robinsons Estate Agent. From start to finish the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Sharon and Jade in particular kept us cool and calm through what we found a stressful process, all staff seemed to have full understanding of our situation so it didn't matter who we spoke to when we rang our questions were answered fully. writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother who has recently sold a house through yourselves, Sedgefield branch. My mother has been displaying the earliest signs of dementia an the team have honestly gone above and beyond to advertise and sell my childhood home. Ryan McKenna came out straight away and got the property up and running, marketed to a great standard. A buyer was found quite quickly and shown around by Ryan also. The sale was dealt with from start to finish by Jade and Sharon, who are both extremely helpful and friendly. Robinsons have been fabulous from start to finish. The valuation of our property was researched and well informed, the photos were of a very high standard and the team answered any questions we had whenever we called. We were put on the market promptly and we sold our house quickly. In the office, they were very patient answering all of our questions as it was our first time in a chain. I've compared our experience to those of friends who used other estate agents and I genuinely felt that Robinsons were superior in every way, and at a very reasonable cost.

Durham branch. Impossible to get through to, had to seek out property owner ourselves, they then lied several times about trying to contact us back, landlord said himself we were preferred for the property, finally got through to arrange a viewing, estate agents then didn't turn up for our viewing, when we called upset as partner had taken time off work and lost a whole days wage, they again lied about having tried to contact us to let us know and then claimed the property owner had already accepted an offer, when we contacted property owner he said that that wasn’t true. Bizzare. Basically called myself, my partner and the property owner all liars. Believe the property manager’s name is Danielle.

I chose Robinsons Bishop Auckland to sell my house because I had a good service from them when purchasing the house. Although the process was slow due to COVID-19 and a delay on the house we were purchasing due to their new build not being ready, this was no fault of Robinsons and they kept us up to date with information they gathered. I had trouble with the company we were buying from and was given contradicting information from them, so when I contacted Robinsons, they were quick to find out what was going on and they let me know what was happening which was great. Sam and Natalie in particular were very helpful throughout and Sam especially always has a friendly and happy manner.
