Keep away from the Sunderland branch as they will cause you much stress and anxiety.Shocking experience.Treat terribly would never ever use them.Houghton branch a million times better!!!Would give Sunderland branch zero stars for our disgusting stressful experience.Will not name the girl but if you read other reviews you will see who to keep well away from!!!!

What an absolutely first class level of customer service from the staff at Pattinson’s. My father’s home had to be sold in order to fund his care, which is stressful to say the least! The team at Pattinson’s were so supportive throughout the process and managed the sale professionally and effectively from start to finish. I have just completed on the sale of my house in South Shields and the service I have received from everyone at the South Shields branch has been exemplary. From start to finish Danielle and Emily have been brilliant to deal with and have helped push things along every step of the way. This is the fourth house I have sold and this has been by far my best experience. I will definitely be using Pattinsons again
