TrustpilotMassive Thanks to Pattinson Durham Team
We recently used the Pattinsons Durham Team to market our property and found them to be highly professional throughout the process. We achieved a very successful sale which was due in no small measure to the efforts put in by the team, who were all able to deal with our sale in a seamless manner. Our sale was due to a family bereavement and the team were very empathetic and considerate in this respect which we appreciated very much, particularly when we had an offer withdrawal at one point in the process, as they were supportive and put things into perspective. Success soon followed as they said it would, so it is with grateful thanks that we’re happy to award Pattinsons Durham Team the five stars which certainly reflects our experience.

TrustpilotVery good experience with Pattinsons
My experience with Pattinsons (in Newcastle upon Tyne, West Road Branch and Wendy Burbridge on the conveyancing tracking team) has been excellent throughout. Darren at West Road branch has the widest possible experience and expertise and knows every aspect of the property market, and I was able to profit hugely from this, selling a flat during a difficult time of rising interest rates etc. His personal support and reassurance were invaluable, and a suitable buyer was found within a short space of time.Wendy tracked the process of the sale extremely efficiently, she was really reliable and committed to the task and our communication throughout was superb, this is so important during conveyancing, and she supported the process in every possible way, leading to successful completion.I was totally satisfied with my experience with Pattinsons and would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

Dan Fisher, Houghton le Spring Office.....a guy who is very good at his job. 4 days after he came to value and photograph our home, it was sold. A polite, professional gentleman, he even supported us showing buyers around our house. Pattinsons are lucky to have this fella. Sue the manager also a credit to Pattinsons. Thank you very much.

TrustpilotGreat Service and Customer care
Having dealt with a lengthy and protracted purchase of a house (none of the delay is attributed to Pattinson) I must single out Marian Reed for praise. She was cheerful, professional, helpful, patient despite the delays imposed by solicitors and offered a type of customer service that is sadly missing in customer facing businesses. I would certainly use Pattinson again without hesitation.

GoogleI had a complicated house sale with a couple of unexpected issues due to the nature of the house construction. Kathryn Greensmith looked cafter the sale for me. She has a very professionsal approach and used her knowledge, skills and patience (I am registered blind and do not live in England) to guide me through the various procedures involved, which I found very re-assuring and helpful. The result was a very successful conclusion with the property being sold at a price rather higher than I anticipated! Pattinsons also managed the property for me for eight years and I always found their property management service to be first class with great attention to detail.

GoogleThis is my first time dealing with Pattinson having tried most of the other local companies and I have to say it’s wonderful, excellent service, always easy to get hold off and an absolute joy to deal with. I feel I have to mention Katie Moncrieff as she was the first person I spoke to there and she has been so helpful, always there whenever I needed her and patient, courteous and quite simply one the best estate agents I’ve dealt with in some 50 years of buying and selling houses

TrustpilotNot quick to respond
I have a property that is fully-managed by Pattinsons and l have been with them for 4 years now. The sales team in head office is excellent in that they always updated me on any information and l was quite pleased with their speed in finding tenants for me.However, l had one really bad experience that happened during lock-down. The next door neighbour alerted the branch in Bedlington that the smoke alarm was ringing at 9-10am after the tenants had just moved out and the staff rung me while l was at work. I was a pharmacist and as a healthcare worker, l was at work full-time despite there was a lock-down. The staff said that she can't open branch to get to the keys to switch off the alarm as being in lock-down although the laws
