Absolutely shocking, rude, unhelpful, slow and had the audacity to stand in my house tell me the complete package price then charge £275.00 more than was agreed and completely failed to take any responsibility for it. Together with MSP legal services definitely one to avoid. Why would you quote a price then hide behind small print in the contract and not be honest and upfront with the complete price guide.

The support and help I received from Pattinsons throughout the sale of my house was amazing. They went above and beyond what they had to do and ultimately got my sale pushed through before Christmas. The worst service I have ever received from a company. I have never yet been able to ring them, I either abandon trying or e mail them and ask them to call me. Had to have them come back to the house to re-take the pictures. After 4 months the description of the property is still not right, we have given up trying to get it amended. Will exit contract as soon as possible!
