GoogleVery Poor agency and equally poor and not to be trusted owner (Alan). Having purchased a number of homes and rented, I have dealt with many estate agents. This one man shop should not be trusted with the biggest investment of your life. Please take up references before using Alan.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Janet and Alan from Elite Estates and Lettings and both times they have provided excellent service and shown amazing professionalism. They give such personnel service that a stressful time of moving house is made so much easier by them being involved. I would wholeheartedly recommend Elite Estates and Lettings. Thanks guys!

GoogleWe first started using the services of Elite Estates in 2010 when we decided to rent out our family home for a period of 3 years. This was handled expertly by Alan Lowery who found us a lovely family who looked after our property well. He fully managed the contract and kept us informed on a regular basis. Great service! In 2013 we once again called on Alan's expertise ,this time to sell a property for us. This went completed smoothly and we moved back into our family home. In 2016 we decided to downsize to a bungalow and naturally we contacted Alan. He introduced us to Janet Wilson, Sales Manager - what a delight she is!! Janet marketed our home with such knowledge and enthusiasm and was on hand at all times to keep not only us, but our eventual purchasers , up to date with the proceedings - very impressive! Our sale completed in August 2017 We have had experience of both Sales and Lettings with Elite Estates and we do - without doubt- fully recommend them. Ken & Josie Potts

GoogleI switched to put our house on the market with Elite Estates after experiencing poor service from a previous agent resulting in very little interest from prospective buyers. The personalised customer service we received from Elite was excellent - they made us feel really at ease by offering my husband and I effective advice during this process. The team worked extremely hard to raise the profile of our property through an open day and excellent online marketing, resulting in an offer on our house within 3 weeks of Elite having our property on their books. They made what is often a stressful time of selling a house a smooth and hassle free process for us; we can't recommend Elite enough for those looking for an effective, knowledgeable and supportive estate agency to help with the sale of your house.

GoogleWhen my wife and I wanted to let out our house on a managed basis in 2013 we were highly recommended to Alan Lowery and Elite by friends. We have not been disappointed. The whole process has been and continues to be a positive and efficient experience. The preliminary discussions were easy and straightforward. Good tenants were found for our house even though our time scale was somewhat tight. The ongoing management is proceeding well. We have confidence and trust in the company which makes a lot of difference. In short we would say, to use a familiar phrase, 'it does exactly what it says on the tin'.

GoogleWe were really pleased that we chose Elite Estates to sell our property. Janet and Alan both came to meet us at our home at a time to suit us (outside of office hours) and were very professional and approachable. Janet handled the sale from start to finish, communicated with us and our buyers and was always available to do viewings and to update us. Elite made selling our house an easy and pleasant process.

GoogleFrom the first viewing until the handover of the house Elite Estates' service was competent and efficient. After having had some frustrating experiences with other estate agents in Durham and the UK this was a much welcome stressless change.

GoogleWhy use anyone else, you need to have trust in an estate agent and know that your best interests are at their heart not there own. Janet at Elite excelled in all areas of professionalism and care. Her and Elites approach to selling a house is second to none and they put the effort in, the rest I believe wait for Right Move to do it for them...

GoogleAlan took care of initially the rental then the sale of a bungallow in Esh Winning with minimum involvement from me personally. He and Janet worked well in tandem to keep me informed of progress and viewings throught its time on the market and could be contacted easily for an update. I would highly recommend their services and professionalism to anyone wishing to sell or rent their property out.
