Janet was fantastic from start to finish and as buyers we couldn't have wished for anyone better. She helped us secure our dream home. They kept us informed on a regular basis. Even though Elite's fees are a little higher than other agents, in the end, because of their success rates, we think their fees are worth it! We used Elite to sell our home and our agent Janet was excellent , she went above and beyond . We chose Elite because they sell the house , they do all the viewings with the buyers and all the negotiating. I believe leave it to the professionals , as most estate agents only refer potential buyers to you and leave you to show them around, and sell your own home. In Elite "we trust". We are so pleased we came across Elite Estates and Lettings for our house purchase. Right from the very start we could see that Elite Estates and Lettings was a very professional Company .The description and photographs that were published meant we did not even have to view the property, that speaks volumes for the precise and well detailed description of the property. The professionalism was backed up with the conversations we had with Janet, when Janet told us the house was like a showroom, we had no doubt in our minds that we made the right decision. Janet answered every question in a timely manner (and we had a lot), she understood we were in a different country and made every effort to keep us happy. Can't recommend Janet highly enough!! We had our house on the market for a year and a half changing estate agents every 6 months due to poor service. Janet provided a much more personal approach which we felt was needed to sell our house. The eventual buyers of our house had not even seen it on the market but had viewed a similar property in a different area. Janet recommended our property, did the viewing the next day herself and within half an hour of them leaving we had accepted a cash offer for only a few thousand below the asking price! After three estate agents had appraised my property I was debating which to choose. However, I rang Elite out of interest in one of their properties and ended up speaking with sales manager Janet. I was so impressed with her telephone manner and enthusiasm that I asked her to come and look at our property. I knew straight away that Elite was going to be the agent for us!
