GoogleDidn't use for sale but they were the agent for our purchase and they were excellent. Lauren Curtis was point of contact and was extremely prompt in dealing with everything. She was actually getting conveyancing updates to me quicker than my own solicitor!
The sale progression team here have a wealth of experience in the property sector. Lauren works tirelessly chasing through the sales, emailing and calling the solicitors, mortgage brokers and parties involved in the transaction.

GoogleScam client holding deposit and never responded. Everything said its fine before you pay your holding deposit. After you paid they will say third party decline your application then keep your deposit. No matter how you ask they only say transfer your case to manager then no respond for months. Bad quality agent not recommended

GoogleThese agents rent properties knowingly to drug dealers that grow drugs. They don’t evict them even after endless reports from neighbours. If you’re going to rent your property through them think twice. There’s plenty of law abiding rental agents to choose from. Choose carefully if you want your property back in one piece. No stars if I had the option.

GoogleWe have used Alexander and Co a number of times to find a Tenant and once again Donna Magill was efficient,helpful and took first class photos, property details and measurements of the rooms. Within a week the property was tenanted. All the staff at Alexander and Co were very helpful and Regan swiftly dealt with any queries we had and we would definately use them again.
