GoogleHave nothing but praise for this estate agent. supportive and helpful with all problems I have had renting. during my time renting a property there were multiple issues and Alexander & Co were always on hand to support and help within the hour. when it came time to leave, an agent was on hand to support with the finalisation of the inventory and details to ensure everything went smoothly with getting my deposit back. I felt supported and looked after the entire time I was in the property. I would 100% use this estate agent again. Highly Recommended.

GoogleThe services provided by them was really good untill they have been taken over by taylors and now their service is so bad that I need to follow up every other day for a resolution of a basic thing like hot water

GoogleKEEP OUT!!! Do not buy a house or let anything from this agency. Unprofessional staff, very inexperienced and rude. Even more, property landlords, keep away from this agency. They will only tell you things and do staff for their own benefit and screw you over.

GoogleExcellent service given throughout the whole sale process. Special praise goes to Tom and Lauren Curtis who kept us informed of the progress throughout . Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot thank them enough for all the help and constructive assistance given throughout a difficult period. Service was extremely prompt and ensured that both parties Solicitors dealt with matters without any unnecessary delay. Very impressed with all aspects especially prompt finalisation of sale.

GoogleJason Lake from Alexander &Co Dunstable sold my first house 20+ years ago, so I was delighted to find that he was the branch Director when it was time to sell my late Mother in Law's house. Jason not only demonstrated empathy in this delicate situation but understood that we needed to achieve an efficient sale at the best price. Jason didn't disappoint, he was already in touch with potential buyers and pulled in five qualified offers after the first weekend of marketing, all above asking price. After reviewing the offers with the family he helped with the sales process once the buyer was chosen ensuring that any questions were considered and swiftly answered. Communication with Solicitors on both sides were also dealt with efficiently and professionally. GoogleI was a pleasure for me to meet Alexander property over a year ago. Rent home was a great pleasure to work with me. I didn't have to worry about anything. After reporting the any failure, the next day someone knocked on my door and repair any damaged. Contact by phone or e-mail was full professional and very polite. They do not have a helpline, they only pick up the phone and forward to the right person, which makes you feel important. For respond the email I wait not more couple minutes. GoogleThe Estate Agents are all lovely there. Very attentive and answered any questions I had even if they were small silly ones (I’ve never rented before so I didn’t know what I was doing)! The agent that dealt with me most was Janice, she is so lovely and understanding and took me through everything I needed to know. Our process happened so quickly but she was there to help all the way and even managed to change our move in date to a Saturday to help me even more. I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone who’s looking for a property. Thankyou so much for all your help! We love it here!

GoogleI have had one of the best member of staff who has been very helpful who has been amazing she has gone beyond the call of duty and guided us through the stages of renting out my property.
