GoogleMy boiler ceased operating on a Sunday but it was easy to report its failure using the &Co Online Out-of-Hours Maintenance App. It was responded to by Property Maintenance Manager Richard Evans who contacted me to advise that a gas engineer had been commissioned to investigate the problem as soon as possible. The contractor duly arrived on Monday, found the fault, made a temporary repair (as a new part was required) and left me with a warm house and hot water again. The friendly and competent gas engineer duly returned the following morning with the required new part, fitted it and also did a full annual gas check and issued a new gas safety certificate. It would be hard to conceive how a better service could have been offered.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDue to exchange on a house with Alexander and Co next week, and have nothign but good things to say about them. I met Rhys at the viewing, who was very nice and professional. But for me the real stand out star is Lauren. I work in the industry myself, so I know how stressfull and shaky getting a sale through can be, but because of Lauren it has gone smoother than I ever hoped. I cannot reccomend high enough
Rhys does a fantastic job introducing clients to our properties and then Lauren works tirelessly with the chains chasing everyone involved to conclude the sales. Nothing is too much for her to assist the clients.

GoogleNot only is Connor a beautiful face but he’s got such charm and charisma that you need to have to be an estate agent. Hes an asset to the team. Incredibly helpful, attentive and caring. Any questions you need answering, if he doesn’t know the answer off the top of his head then he will find the answer by the end Of the hour. Can’t praise this man enough. Moving house makes me very anxious and overwhelmed and he made the estate agent part very smooth and an anxiety free process. Hats off to him and the team!

GoogleI am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the efficiency, professionalism, and diligence of the bunch at Alexander & Co! One of the ways I have been let down by agents in the past was by failures to ensure the paperwork was compliant, and we have all been reminded about the very serious implications for landlords of such failure by current events in the media but the team ensured everything was done perfectly. The property was marketed promptly and a great tenant was soon found. Given the huge amount of essential compliance that is involved with letting properties now, its been fantastic to know this was all taken care of by experts that really know their stuff. They are clearly very proud of the excellent service they provide and quite rightly so! I don’t mind paying a little extra for such excellent service (I’ve been a landlord for 30 years, I know it works out more expensive in the end if not done properly), but the icing on the cake was it was actually a little cheaper than the ‘competition’.
