GoogleDealt with Eamonn and team as executor for my aunt’s house - from the first discussion I felt very comfortable that the estate was valued and all necessary actions would be taken to maximise that value. I was continually updated with information but also, importantly, with advice on how to maximise the sales potential. Eamonn used every sales avenue, especially making effective use of social media, to maximise exposure. The process from start to finish has more than lived up to expectations - interest in the house has been phenomenal and the final sales price achieved is beyond expectations. GoogleWe moved from Dublin to Dungarvan 2 years ago due to husband's work and landed a lovely rental property in a nice quiet estate with our son before we bought our own this year. We dealt mainly with Ann and cannot speak highly enough of her. She was very easy to deal with and any issues we had over the last 2 years - she was always just a phone call away! It was an unusually complicated sale, with a number of hard-to-resolve issues bound up with the property. Nonetheless, Eamonn was totally dedicated throughout. On collecting our keys we were met with a good luck in your new home card and bottle of wine - it was a very nice personable touch.
