GoogleI love this group of people. Donal was my agent and working with him has made selling my property a fun and smooth experience. He truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required when placing the property on the market initially right up to closing! I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also friendly, upbeat and as professional as Donal. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as their selling agent.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleDelighted to have just completed the sale of my house with Eamonn Spratt and his team. Ive been so impressed with their service from day one. Buying or selling your home is a huge undertaking and the process can be nerve racking to say the least. But my concerns and worries we’re always listened to, and viewings were done safely and efficiently despite the COVID restrictions. There is a lot of competition in the area, but having just completed my sale with Spratt’s I can honestly say that Eamonns honest and personable approach as well as local knowledge gained over many years really made a difference. A huge Thank You the hardworking team at REA Spratt.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI retained Eamon Spratt to sell a poor quality property near Ardmore. As I am not from anywhere near the area I was looking for an Estate Agent from the area and Eamon Spratt was recommended. I have to say Eamon and his team worked very hard to sell the property and got a price that was over and above our expectations. There was no shortage of effort from Eamon and his colleagues and the service and communications were always cordial if not affable.

GoogleDealing with REA Spratt is certainly the right choice to make when buying or selling your home. Eamonn Spratt and Donal O'Brien have guided us every step of the way with the sale of our house. They both helped make this process run smoothly and their advice and encouragement we greatly appreciated at such a tough time. Selling our house through this pandemic was far from easy but in the right hands it was made possible. A huge thank you to Eamonn and Donal and of course the whole team. We look forward to dealing with them again soon in buying our future home. Regards Lynda & Patrick Devennie & family.

GoogleWe had a difficult property to sell , in that it included on the lands a site with planning permission , but the location idyllic, and to some prospective purchasers would not be conducive to sharing with another potential property ,Yet we wanted to maximise its value . Eamon Spratt took the challenge and advised us of the different strategies that were possible and which he would work with to achieve the best possible sales outcome . The challenge was further complicated in that our house was bordering an estate who had previously expressed an interest. Eamon Spratt and his team worked with all those facets to achieve a wonderful result for us in terms of a value received and a suitable purchaser for the property, The process went very smoothly and effortlessly on our part , and we could not be more satisfied with the professional and personable service we received from Eamon Spratt and his team
