GoogleOn behalf of myself and John, we would highly recommend Eamonn Spratt and his team at REA Spratt, for their professionalism, advice and guidance during the sale of Quills The Pike. Eamonns knowledge of the current hospitality business and of the history attached to The Pike was fantastic. Eamonn was very helpful in explaining the entire process. He was knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Eamonn and his team, regards Jerome Quill.

GoogleHighly recommended Spratts as agents for house letting. Dolores and Anne have sorted out any work required on the house while it's tenanted without any fuss. Having them deal with rent reviews and handle the RTB paperwork for me makes it hassle free and gives me the reassurance that I'm compliant with changing rules and regulations.

GoogleOver the years I have dealt with REA Spratt on many occasions. Over many years. I have used them as a tenant and as a landlord. I have bought and sold properties both private and commercial through them. I have used them as valuers and arbitrators. In every dealing and transaction they have been excellent. Eamonn and his team are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Their advice is measured, accurate and fair. I would not use anyone other than REA Spratt.

FacebookA new life in a new town, it was not an easy task to deal with. But I must say that Dungarvan has been really welcoming and accommodating to me. Thanks to the wonderful bunch of people I met here, one being Ann from REA Spratt. She has been extremely accommodating to my requests, have relentlessly worked to find me a home here in this new city. She even answered my call during her illness. I am really touched with her gesture. Ann you are really awesome and thank you for your help and cooperation extended to me.

GoogleOn meeting Eamonn for the first time in dealing with the sale of our properties he came across as being very perfessional and interested in giving you his full attention in looking after you in your journey in selling your property. I have delt with many other auctioneers and Spratts are far ahead of them in the way they deal with you and your properties. So attentive, perfessional, great on keeping you updated. The service they give you is excellent and are so reliable. Will go beyond to get you the best price for your property. From start to finish you'll know what happening with your sale. Keep up the great work Spratts Auctioneers. Couldn't recommend anyone only REA Spratts Auctioneers .
