GoogleI have just sold a house with Eamonn. I was recommended a different agent but was getting nowhere. I found REA Spratt through google and I hit the jackpot. Very professional to deal with, very prompt, always calls back, organised everything (I mean everything) and sold today at auction for more than I was expecting. I deal with estate agents regularly and would not be much of a fan but REA Spratt have been standout. Would highly recommend.

GoogleFrom the Early days I liked Eamons approach to get me on board with Spratts Auctioners. With his good approach I thought it was best to go with Spratts. I knew Eamon had a great market of people that would be interested in Auction which was the best way to go with my property. Eamon also has a great back office behind him including Anne Navin and Julie Hannigan who are always on the case with anything you need. If you want the best price be sure to choose Spratts.
