GoogleDealing with Spratts took the potential trauma out of buying a property. We found them knowledgeable about the local properties and not 'pushy' about closing a deal. Dolores was punctual about appointments, friendly and very informative about each property we viewed. Communication was prompt and efficient when we set about closing the deal. We can certainly recommend Spratts to any other prospective buyers in the Dungarvan area.

Phone calls always returned. Sometimes, dealing with auctioneers can be frustrating. Certainly not in this case. GoogleWe purchased our first home with Dolores at Rea Spratt. Great service from start to finish especially since it was the biggest purchase we ever made. Now fast forward five years as we had Eamonn visited for valuation. Again great service. Julie set it up the visit same week I emailed in and as he had all measurements from selling the house we got the opportunity to chat about improvements we’ve made over the years. When I realised I needed a report, the team were my first thought to have this done! If we need their services again we wont hesitate to contact them again.

GoogleSale completed today on my late father’s thatched cottage. Eamonn and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. Due to the lack of insurance providers for thatched properties it was not the simplest of sales, but Spratt’s never gave up. Would definitely recommend.

FacebookOver the past number of years I have viewed many properties with REA Spratt and have this week completed the purchase of a house in Abbeyside through their offices. Eamon and Dolores have been very helpful at all times in accommodating me for viewings .Based on my experience I would highly recommend REA Spratt to anyone buying or selling a property in the greater Dungarvan area.
