GoogleI can't recommend Estate Agent Dolores Caples highly enough, in fact, you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent in all of Ireland! As I'm in New York, Dolores kindly arranged to give me live virtual tours of 2 different properties in Dungarvan. She was exceedingly thorough, professional, kind and caring, and "went the extra mile" to give me a tour of Dungarvan from her car! GoogleI viewed a couple of properties, assisted by Dolores, none of which worked out, Vendors fault. Dolores was always very supportive in my stress. I finally found my dream home, and thankgod it was with Rea Spratt, Dolores again. In such a stressful time in my life, she was always supportive, kind and efficient, and rose to all challenges, this sale brought to us. Dolores, in my opinion, went over and above her job description, and always replied to texts, emails, and my constant worrying phonecalls to her. . GoogleI have just bought a house with REA Spratt in Dungarvan. It was my first time buying. I delt with all the agencies in town but I found Spratts to be the best. Dolores helped me at every step of the way. She answered every question I had and regularly checked if I needed any help. Dolores is a professional in her field but most of all a lovely person to deal with. She always had time for me, went beyond and above to make sure that everything was dealt with as I had no experience in buying properties whatsoever. Dolores, Ann, Eamon and all the team in Spratts thank you very much! I highly recommend Spratts to anyone buying, selling or renting property.

GoogleREA Spratt does a great job of promoting properties for sale online - and then the follow-through with Dolores is nearly seamless. Purchasing a property from abroad (as I was) can seem daunting, but between the well-presented online information, the offered and duly performed facetime tour of the property, and the up-to-date negotiations that were readily facilitated, REA Spratt did a great job of helping us purchase our dream home in Dungarvan. The service hasn't stopped at the sale either - when we have needed advice getting electricity set up, and had questions about wifi or satellite, Dolores has always availed herself to us. What a great experience!

GoogleI have just sold my house in Old Parish and Eamon Spratt and Dolores Caples were the people dealing with me. Despite the fact that I was in hospital in Dublin with an acute illness for 5 months, Eamon and Dolores went above and beyond in fulfilling their duties. Now that the house is sold I am looking for a house in Dungarvan and Eamon along with his very capable assistant Dolores will be assisting me in doing so. I am looking forward to doing business with them again. I was highly impressed with their application, dedication and integrity. GoogleMy first interaction with REA Spratt was when I phoned to enquire about a property I was interested in viewing. I spoke to Ann who could not have been more helpful. A short time later I had a call from Dolores who arranged for a viewing of the property, the first of several! Dolores was so helpful and obliging, answering every question I had even weeks after I had completed purchase of the property. My family and I are happily settled in out new home and couldn't be happier. I couldn't recommend REA Spratt highly enough. A delight to deal with from beginning to end and beyond!
