Dolores was instrumental in the purchase of my first home and as a first time buyer I really appreciated the support and guidance from all of the team. GoogleI recently bought a dream house in Ballyvoile and REA Spratt were the agents involved. They were excellent from start to finish. The viewings were done so professionally and Dolores was extremely knowledgable and helpful. The sales process was seamless from start to finish and Eamonn and the team were a pleasure to deal with. GoogleAs someone who doesn’t live in the area, REA Spratt were recommended to me to handle a property sale. Because they were recommended, my expectations were elevated. I was not disappointed. In fact Eamonn and the team exceeded even the high expectations that I had. Their service is second to none. I have had property and rental valuations done by them and have also rented through them. I have always been given an extremely friendly service and wise advice when needed. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and hugely experienced. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
