5 out of 5 from Michael and I, for REA Spratt’s handling, of the auction of our cottage. We found them, very smart sellers of property. We are over the moon with delight, that they got us, €30,000 more than we hoped for. Eamon Spratt knew what he was doing, when he asked us to trust him, that auction was the best way, as a fire had devastated our place. In fact, all advise from him, led us to taking the correct steps, every step of the way. Which we so appreciated, as it was very stressful for us, selling a home. We’d never done it before. Any nervousness from us, Eamon was always at hand, to carry us supportively through, like a true guiding friend. This was done too, in such an honest to goodness, decent manner, that’s rare to find these days in the business world. We loved doing business with Eamon. We thought him totally trustworthy, and would highly recommend REA Spratt’s, Eamon, Julie, and all the staff there, to everyone interest in buying or selling property. I can't recommend Estate Agent Dolores Caples highly enough, in fact, you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent in all of Ireland! As I'm in New York, Dolores kindly arranged to give me live virtual tours of 2 different properties in Dungarvan. She was exceedingly thorough, professional, kind and caring, and "went the extra mile" to give me a tour of Dungarvan from her car! I viewed a couple of properties, assisted by Dolores, none of which worked out, Vendors fault. Dolores was always very supportive in my stress. I finally found my dream home, and thankgod it was with Rea Spratt, Dolores again. I have just bought a house with REA Spratt in Dungarvan. It was my first time buying. I delt with all the agencies in town but I found Spratts to be the best. Dolores helped me at every step of the way. She answered every question I had and regularly checked if I needed any help. Dolores is a professional in her field but most of all a lovely person to deal with. REA Spratt does a great job of promoting properties for sale online - and then the follow-through with Dolores is nearly seamless. Purchasing a property from abroad (as I was) can seem daunting, but between the well-presented online information, the offered and duly performed facetime tour of the property, and the up-to-date negotiations that were readily facilitated, REA Spratt did a great job of helping us purchase our dream home in Dungarvan. The service hasn't stopped at the sale either - when we have needed advice getting electricity set up, and had questions about wifi or satellite, Dolores has always availed herself to us. I have just sold my house in Old Parish and Eamon Spratt and Dolores Caples were the people dealing with me. Despite the fact that I was in hospital in Dublin with an acute illness for 5 months, Eamon and Dolores went above and beyond in fulfilling their duties. My first interaction with REA Spratt was when I phoned to enquire about a property I was interested in viewing. I spoke to Ann who could not have been more helpful. I had to contact REA Spratt’s for a service this week. Unbelievable service from the moment I called to when the agent arrived at the house for a valuation. I had to reschedule the apt at the last minute and Julie was very professional and accommodating, calling me back when she said she would with alternative arrangements.
