GoogleI would highly recommend this Estate Agency for a “pain” free sale .I was astonished at the speed of offers .I must congratulate Emma and all the staff who handled the sale with such efficiency, and in an extremely courteous and pleasant manner……A marvellous job all round for an incredibly low fee. This is an upfront fixed fee so no nasty surprises later.. I will be recommending this Estate Agent to everyone who may be selling a property!!!

GoogleI was a tenant for a property managed by Andrew and Greg’s and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team! Everyone is very friendly approachable and down to earth. We had a washing machine breakdown Christmas Eve and they had it sorted asap. Highly recommended them!

GoogleWe used Andrew's and Gregg to sell a property recently and they were fantastic from start to finish. Emma came out to give a valuation and rather than being pushy and continually bigging herself up like you get with most estate agents she was very friendly and compassionate. She made it very clear she loved the property and thought it would sell well. I wasnt in any great hurry to sell and rather than trying to hurry me to sign a contract she simply said that when we were ready she would be to. I was already decided that she was going to get the opportunity even before I found out what a great price they would do it for.
