I have been living in Northern Ireland for the past four years and have known Emma from Andrews and Gregg since the very beginning, as our rental property was managed by them. Throughout this time, Emma has been exceptionally helpful, professional, and approachable. Any issues we encountered were always addressed promptly, and her team consistently provided efficient and reliable support. What stood out most was her kindness and genuine care, she treated us with warmth and respect at all times, making us feel valued and supported, without any sense of discrimination. Even after we moved out of the rental property, Emma continued to stay in touch, checking on our progress and ensuring we were settling well into our new home. Although we did not purchase our new home through Andrews and Gregg, she remained more than willing to offer guidance and answer any questions regarding mortgages and the home-buying process. Her dedication and commitment to her clients are truly commendable, and I would highly recommend her services.

I honestly couldn't recommend Emma and her team at Andrews &,Gregg enough. Emma was the most understanding, caring and personable Estate Agent in dealing with the sale of my parents house. I recently sold my house with Andrew & Greggs and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. The entire team was fantastic from start to finish, especially Emma and Leah Ann, who were both exceptional throughout the whole process. I have to say when choosing an estate agents to sell my home I met Emma who was instantly warm, bubbly & professional. I knew she was the right person for the job. I recently used Andrew’s and Gregg to sell a property that I had been renting out for a number of years in Dundonald. Emma and the team handled the rental aspect of the property for me so well that there was no question that I wanted to them to handle the sale. From start to finish Emma’s professionalism shone through. From the initial valuation through the listing process, bringing in offers and the ongoing sale, everything ran without a hitch, with Emma and her team keeping in touch with both myself and the purchaser to ensure that the sale went through quickly and without any issues. Following the buyers survey, we discovered that we needed a further electrical survey and some electrical upgrading which Emma organised on our behalf. She got quotes for the work, negotiated with the property purchaser to split the costs of the work and get it completed. The whole process was stress-free and I can’t recommend Emma and Andrew’s & Gregg enough to anyone seeking to rent out or sell their property.

All to often recently I've very much had a conveyor belt experience in terms of estate agents when viewing and selling a home, simply opening the door then leaving you to it. It's incredibly refreshing to know that some businesses still consider customer service a priority. Emma and the team are fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and tenacious.
