GoogleHonestly really great. Spent months looking for a flat during covid, saw my place come up, applied within a few hours and they got back to me that day to put in an application to be considered before viewing. Due to the landlord being happy with my application I was granted a viewing. I viewed the property and emailed right after asking how to proceed with applying for it as there were several interested. Again super fast reply, well under 30 mins offering to allow me to place a deposit in for final checks and I received the keys two days later. Really attentive after moving in, fast to get back to emails. First time renting and I'm really happy with the service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GooglePathetic company, they tie you in knots with contracts. One of the stipulations in the contract states that should you wish to end the lease you must give 2 months notice. Should Northwood fail to find a new tenant you must continue paying the rent. It took them several weeks to send round a contractor to make sure the house was well maintained. They had the audacity to claim the floor needed cleaned again after them having the keys for 2-3 weeks. Stay well away from this company.

Googlei used Northwood for over 6 years for renting and they have always been helpful when they started selling i used them again sold my 3 properties i put on with them in less than a month each no hassle greatt service and half the cost of other selling agents. I would never use any other company based on my past expierances Mr Campbell and staff are helpful ,knowledgeable and always kept me in the loop and gave sound advice when needed

Direct reviewsWe used Northwood???s guaranteed rent service for around ten years which proves how pleased we were with the service we received. Any problems with the house were quickly reported to us and with our agreement were fixed quickly as well. We also recently used Northwood to sell the house. Although Covid slowed up the viewing process the house sold fairly quickly and smoothly. Thank you.

So extremely impressed by their friendly, first class service that I have now recommended them to my daughter. Would highly recommend to all!

Rubbish. Viewed a flat, was supposed to be sent an application form, it wasn't sent over. I then emailed them and they have never replied. Also, apparently a two bedroom property for rent, yet the second room wasn't big enough to fit a bed into so how is that a bedroom???? Absolutely atrocious service.
