TrustpilotSuccessful sale.
Reassuring, professional, patient and supportive. The solicitor dealing with our transaction was helpful, available on the telephone and by email. Her team played an integral role and the progress of the work was good.

TrustpilotNo accountability
Gilson Gray are amateur at best, chasing their tails and unbelievably unorganised. It does not surprise me that people have complained about them. Due to their incompetence, delays in moving dates occurred costing me thousand in extra charges. They just didn't care when I complained.

TrustpilotVery disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. Unanswered e-mails and zero guidance on how to proceed with a home purchase resulting in me missing the purchase opportunity. I wasn't looking for a mailbox but for advice and support on how to purchase a property.

TrustpilotVery professional service from Alisha
Alisha supported us throughout the sale of our house. She was always professional and found the time to communicate and explain the process even though she had to work to very tight timescales at the end.

Absolute shambles. Horrendous communication, have to ask repeatedly for updates and then be told they have somehow lost basic information. Never ever again. Nightmare They don't even seem bothered, it must be easy money
