GoogleWe used YourMove to sell our property. Chris explained the procedures to sell our property succinctly. Everything progressed well with the viewings dealt with by Stacia and Megan. Everyone we dealt with were very professional and took the stress out of selling our house.

GoogleI cannot recommend YouMove Dumfries more highly, and Shannon Dunbar in particular did a spectacular job. We were looking for a house in/around Dumfries for 6 months and no other Estate Agent contacted us throughout that time, except for Shannon. She was in regular contact, alerted us to property which she thought would be suitable, and when she finally found one that she thought was perfect had us in to view it almost immediately. We found that YourMove knew their clients, properties they were advertising, kept in contact with buyers and sellers, and were just generally very helpful at a time that is very stressfulPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMy landlord recently decided to transfer the property I am renting to Your Move in Dumfries. Despite an ongoing mould and damp issue which has damaged my belongings and caused my asthma to worsen, I have received no financial support or compensation. Your Move has repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance, and instead told me to contact another company as this is not something they deal with. Extremely unhelpful and disappointing service, I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

GoogleOver two months waiting on these guys to sort the issue of a hole in the dining room floor and a window that doesn't fit. With the extreme weather we have been having too, I'm fast losing faith in their customer care. Scottish LAW states tenants are entitled to a wind and watertight home but these guys don't give two hoots. We have to email and call time and time again with nothing being done. I've had to take time off work for citizens advice appointments about this and am now currently taking legal advice. This was supposed to be a fresh start, a new home and these guys have made it the worst possible Christmas and worst experience with any letting agency.

GoogleBought two properties from the Dumfries branch in the last 9 years. I’ve also used the tenant find service from their lettings department. They even arranged my first mortgage and from all my experiences with them I have to say this 5 star review is long overdue and well deserved. Professional, positive and friendly team of young people. I am currently looking to market my own home with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to my own friends and family. Thanks for all your hard work and advice over the years guys and girls, much appreciated!
