GoogleWe have had a fabulous friendly and helpful experience with Gillian in the Dumfries branch. Our move was international, so not easy to navigate at all, and she helped us rent a lovely property, and professionally answered every question to our satisfaction. GoogleAvoid Your Move at All Costs Horrific experience. They failed to carry out inspections, skipped health and safety certificates, ignored emails, and never returned calls. We're still battling to get the deposit back. They deliver nothing but disappointment, stay clear!

GoogleNot impressed. Provisionally agreed a site visit to Reiver Homes March Mount re bungalow development with a view to buying. Rihannah made the appointment on 15th Dec for a visit on 16th at 11am. The appointment would be confirmed later. No confirmation received. So I rang Your Move 9:15 on 16th prior to boarding a bus to come and visit. Amazed and disappointed that Your Move had no record of our planned site visit and could not accommodate us at time agreed. One star only given as no option to give zero stars.

GoogleEarly days yet as home is just on market. Chris the Branch Manager is the consumate professional and a credit to the company. Photographer and surveyor were also ultra professional and in these difficult times a pleasure to work with.

Googlei was disappointed that we were served plastic knives forks and paper plates i font care what they think about there efforts to so called do the right thing with the most benign corona virus in the history of the world there response was over the top and they were using lurpack butter a vegetable oil as well as butter type butter totally rubbish i still think it's X good place but they need to buck there ideas up very disappointed

GoogleEmailed them with a query several days ago. They never bothered to reply. Hardly a professional service. An update a recently poor review. Since original posting, Chris the branch manager has contacted me, explained the delay and done all that he can to answer my query. I am more than happy to ammend my ratings and be much more positive about their service.
