I used YourMove Dudley for a tenant find. Dave, Beth and the team were very professional and friendly. They arranged a reasonable priced EPC, advertised on Rightmove on the same day as visiting the property, organised viewings (liaising directly with the existing tenant) and found me a suitable tenant within a week. They dealt with my queries promptly, always answered the phone and forwarded me all relevant info in a timely fashion. They’ve managed to find me a good, long-term tenant (hopefully), no hassle for me, would definitely use them in the future.

We would definitely recommend Your Move. Staff are excellent. Knowledgeable and look after your interests. We had a previous estate agent who wasn't very good in selling our house so we turned to Your Move who came out to assess our home. It took just a few months to sell. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for

I had a very disappointing experience with Your Move Dudley. Before paying a holding deposit, I clearly explained my recent job change and was reassured this would not affect my application. I provided full and accurate details of my current employer and guarantor. Despite this, my application failed referencing, and the agency refused to refund the £253.84 holding deposit, citing “misleading information” that was completely incorrect. I acted in good faith and was misled into paying a deposit I would not have paid if the agent had been transparent. This has caused financial loss, stress, and unnecessary delays in finding a home. Be extremely cautious when dealing with this branch.

Your Move Dudley are the estate agents for the house we are purchasing as first time buyers and they have been absolutely fantastic each step of the way. We’ve been mainly in contact with Najma and Alex, both of whom have been outstanding in all our dealings with them-as have the rest of the team. Every time we have chased and I have been panicking about something or other, Naj has helped me out to either sort it or set my mind at rest! They have a wealth of knowledge and they genuinely care about helping to get things sorted as soon as possible. I cannot state how grateful we are and we wouldn’t be moving in on the date we are moving without the help of the team at Your Move Dudley. So had an offer accepted in February on our now new property advised completion 6…8 weeks , 5 months later completed , sad to say was given so much wrong information (as this was shared ownership ) from who the landlord was twice !! to wrong solicitors details . Can’t count the amount of calls emails we had to send to your move frequently feeling like we were being fobbed off . The only person who seemed genuinely interested and always happy to help was Najma once she was on the case she chased solicitors and kept us in the loop throughout if not for Najma I’m sure we would still be waiting so a huge thanks to Naj hopefully this will be our last move would not want to go through this stress again .

There is nothing but positive things to say about the estate agent I dealt with, Najma - who would be getting 5 five stars - if I could review just her. Who I will get onto shortly. The only reason for the downgrade in the review is the 'accompanied viewer' I believe that his title was, that showed me the property did not know anything about the property, which was a bit worrying - nor where the agents at the beginning of our interaction particularly communicative. As soon as Najma took over the case it was a breath of fresh air. Incredibly hardworking, caring handler. She frequently would email outside of working hours or call me when she knew I wouldn't be in work as to not interrupt my working day. I don't think there was ever an enquiry that I had to wait more than an hour for assurance it was being dealt with, for. Thoroughly impressive. I would not hesitate to work with Najma in the future. I have no doubt that she's earned the title of best estate agent in the world a hundred times over. If she's handling your case, while all else might be falling apart, she'll keep you sane.
