GoogleI called at 12:40 Saturday 27/6/2026 since I had received a call earlier that I could not answer for an appointment that we had sent a request for viewing to arrange. The employee seemed rude as I did not remember the street of the house, which we were asking for an appointment, at that time and he did not seem particularly eager to help find through my name through the enquire that we sent for viewing to see the house we are referring to. He pretended not to understand what I was asking for, probably the different accent helped him in this while we could simply find what we were referring to easily with the request we had sent. Tragically rude behavior because someone probably does not want to work on Saturday

We bought a property through hunters and were surprised at how hands on they were, chasing the solicitors on both sides, keeping us up-to-date constantly via email and phone. TrustpilotOne of my worst experience buying a house from hunters
One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced

Moving can be hectic, but Dulcie made it so simple with her support, prompt communication, and quick responses from the first viewing in Cullompton right through to the day I collected the keys. She was professional, reassuring, and always ready to help. The team I met on key‑collection day was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotRude, poor service - a must avoid for renters
Rude, get passed around from pillar to post while they try to ignore your requests or questions. Tried for years to get them to fix things but just continually fell on deaf ears. Now they're trying to claim issues are my fault which are down to shoddy contractors (which they use consistently, including at one point despite having had yearly gas checks, I get told that the previous 6 years hasn't been done properly and the build up that caused a leak was because of this. Everything is everyone's issue but theirs. Renters, avoid at all costs!

GoogleHunters of Stourbridge are truly an exceptional Estate Agency and I can't recommend them highly enough. Ellis, in particular, was extremely professional, helpful, communicative and reassuring during what turned out to be a rather protracted sale of my house. His persistence in 'chasing' the chain was remarkable and meant that he discovered the cause of the problem and delays at the bottom of the chain before any of the Solicitors did which led me to nickname him 'the terrier'!! Thank you Ellis, you made a very stressful experience bearable and I can't thank you enough!!

GoogleHaving bought and sold with Hunter’s in the past, I had no hesitation in using them to find a tenant for my rental property. Unfortunately the tenancy didn’t work out which ultimately led to me going to arbitration to claim compensation from the tenants deposit. Beckie Pearson from Hunter’s handled the whole process from start to finish and kept me constantly updated on the progress of the claim. It is so refreshing that someone actually takes the ownership of a problem and sees it through to its conclusion so efficiently. I now have a new tenant thanks to Hunter’s. Thank you Beckie. 🙂

GoogleI would like to leave a review regarding the service we received, especially from Abi, Senior Lettings Negotiator. The service was excellent, starting from scheduling the appointment for the viewing. Abi was very prompt in her responses and made the entire moving process much easier and smoother than we expected. Having had a not-so-great experience in the past with another agency during a move, we were quite sceptical about moving into another property. However, we are very happy with the service we received from Hunters. Thank you!

GoogleEllie was unbelievable at her job. Things got so stressful for us and she was just getting on with what was needed to help us. Nothing was too much, she would always let us know what was going on, she has such good knowledge of the industry and is a lovely person. Thanks so much!! GoogleHunters sold my parents house and what a pleasure it was .Fantastic team, Ellis looked after us from the beginning to the end . After having two other estate agents before Hunters took over, it definitely was third time lucky, Ellis was absolutely lovely he kept us informed all the time by checking in weekly and going over how things was going. We even had a app which we could monitor with viewing, buyers comments,offers etc, which was a bonus. Ellis is a star ,a lovely young man with beautiful manners, l called him my adopted son. Would definitely choose Hunters again and highly recommend.😁👍

GoogleAmazing service from start to finish. Ellis is talented, professional and clearly loves his job. George did a great job on the viewings. Sam is extremely helpful and efficient, such a quick responder to emails and calls. They are a great team, I would highly recommend Hunters to anyone. I have used many estate agents in the past, Hunters are definitely superior. They are slightly more expensive than other agents but well worth the extra money.

GoogleIt’s the best customer service experience I have had in many years ago and I feel so welcome and happy to always have her attends to my needs and so many questions I always have, whenever I ring the phone, first thing is ask to speak with her and if she is not on desk at that moment, it takes her less than 5 mins to always ring me back and she addresses all my issues, her professionalism is top notch, thank you so much Abi Daly for treating us right and ensuring we get the best service.
