She told me everything I needed to know about the house and made me feel comfortable, as sometimes house viewings can be awkward! Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.

GoogleDixons made it really easy for us to move into our first home. We viewed the property with Mark and moved in within 2 weeks. Mark was very accommodating and even met with us to help measure the property once we were selected as tenants. GoogleI've been working with Matt on the sale of my property in Cradley Heath. With not having any luck with another agent after only doing 1 viewing on my property in 8 weeks we decided to meet Matt, he came to meet us for a valuation and was very impressed by his experience and his proactive approach, within 10 days of being on the market he had 2 offers for us to consider and accept. I would recommend Matt and Dixons to friends and family moving forward to sell their property. He's kept us informed and pushed solicitors when needed.

TrustpilotDisappointing experience with property management and deposits
After two years as a tenant, the most I can give Dixons Estate Agents is a 1-star review. While the initial setup was fine, the ongoing experience was very frustrating. When dealing with renewals, repairs, or the deposit team, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame elsewhere. I never felt that they were on my side. At the end of our tenancy, they attempted to make unjustified deductions from our deposit for standard wear and tear, and we had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If you do rent with them, make sure you document everything.

GoogleWhen Keiron came to value mine and my wife’s property the first thing we noticed was his professionalism and enthusiasm towards our home and our future plans. He was very clear in explaining the process to us as this is going to be our first time selling a property and gave us a valuation which was almost exactly what we were hoping for and even came with paperwork explaining his reasoning for that price.
