Very professional from valuation to completion. Extremely proactive in progressing the sale and kept us informed at all times. The valuation of the property and the confidence expressed by them that it would sell quickly was spot on. I have used Billingham & Cooke on 4 separate occasions to sell houses and cannot fault them at all. I wouldn't even consider using a different agent.Billingham and Cooke are pro active, helpful, professional with excellent communication at all stages.
