FacebookWhilst our moving process was not plain sailing (they never are!) Nicol & Co took so much of the stress away. They worked so hard to get us our dream property, communicated weekly and chased solicitors on our behalf. Would thoroughly recommend.
I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350. FacebookWe found Tom from Nicol and Co. very professional and helpful, as well as being responsive to our emails and understanding of us being shift workers - he also managed to get our property sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market! Full of good ideas and suggestions as to how to make the property more sellable. Once our property was sold, we found Leanne to be just as helpful in giving us regular updates from our buyer's solicitors, as well as updates from the chain. All very friendly and approachable, and happy to explain everything to first time sellers! Would highly recommend and, if needed, will definitely be using them again.

FacebookWe recently bought our house marketed by Nicol & Co. we were extremely impressed from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and helpful and responsive and go the extra mile from Zoe coming in on her day off to show us round to Leanne who rang us every week with an update and was proactive in getting responses from all involved. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon but if we were would definitely choose this estate agent.
