GoogleDuring what can only be described as a very very stressfull time to be a new build house developer, the team at Nicol & Co have been instrumental to keeping our sales on track and negotiations positive. Huge thanks has to be mentioned to Georgina McGorrigan who has been pivotal to the whole process and has been a pleasure to work alongside.

FacebookCannot fault Nicol & Co, they got the house sold and assisted when things got frustrating. They did all the chasing and calling so I didn’t have to. We had regular weekly checkins. Great company. Thank you for selling my house 🥳

GoogleIt may only be round the corner, but never visited. All I can say is - it is extremely brightly lit and if you are interested in their properties for sale, you can hardly miss it as you travel along the Worcester Road in Droitwich. My star rating is only to be able to get out of this website.

Each day gives us an open door to meet new friends, God knows the best one in your life, he gives in the best and takes away the worst. I see the kind and God fearing woman in you. That's what gives me the courage to stop by. I don't need friends because they are everywhere in the world. you see Gracious and full of life, I try to send you friend requests, But not responding. I would like you to click on my profile and add me up, If I am rude with all this please pardon me, Thank you. God bless you....

GoogleWe have just bought a new home and Nicol & Co were the agents. We had a fantastic experience with Joanna Gaze who made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. She really went above and beyond what you would expect from a ‘traditional’ estate agent. l would highly recommend! Thank you.

FacebookKaren at Nichol & Co has been really helpful to us, especially as we are not from the Worcester area. She arranged viewings, and second viewings, of bungalows for us, and was always most helpful. Would recommend that if you are property hunting you speak to Karen. She will help you.

FacebookPlaced a sign illegally on public land blocking the view of traffic on a busy main road. When asked politely on Monday morning to move it they hadn’t bothered by 5pm on Tuesday. Had been thinking of using them myself though won’t bother now

GoogleNicol & Co are the best estate agents we've come across. Georgina McGorrigan was invaluable and I'm not sure we would have succeeded in the sale if it wasn't for her. We highly recommend them and most definitely Georgie.
