While all the staff were very helpful we would particularly like to mention Karen and Leanne who helped to guide us through the daunting task of selling our late father's bungalow with efficiency and kindness.

Julie in the new land and homes department has been awesome - responsive, helpful, friendly and accommodating. From seeing the Nicol add on Facebook for the house, to calling Julie to view a property and having an offer accepted on a house took me all of 7 days. FacebookA million and one thanks to all the staff at Nicol & Co in Droitwich in selling my property. Itβs been a lengthy and difficult process which they have earnt every penny of their fee!! Having used them to sell my barn in Oddingley they were my first and only call to sell my property on Westlands. Thanks again all for your hard work and professionalism in getting this over the line. Would I recommend Nicol and Co to others and use them again? a hundred percent yes.

The whole team have been very efficient and forthcoming in supporting us through the entire process. Having recently inherited my late father's property in Droitwich, I was placed in a situation I had not previously dealt with, that of selling a property. The property is located within a retirement estate and upon asking the estate manager, the recommendation of Nicol & Co was provided. I contacted Nicol & Co and spoke with Karen Smith, whom from the outset helped allay my apprehension and also was keen, polite and of the most import, erudite. I had a few options regarding the choice of estate agencies and whilst there was a difference in rates, when my final decision was made, it was predominantly influenced by Karen's knowledge and Karen's polite and extremely helpful demeanour. I have posed Karen many a question regarding the sale process, even one regarding a minor difference of opinion between siblings and Karen acquitted herself admirably (and in the case of the difference of opinion, diplomatically!) with her answers. Based on my experience, Nicol & Co have an exemplary employee in Karen Smith and as a client I'm exceedingly grateful to Karen.

FacebookAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! These idiots are inconsiderate/unorganised and liers and are making my family including a 13 week old baby homeless. They have served a non fault eviction on tenants who have never had any complaints, paid all rent on time and kept the property in a better condition than it was handed to us in because we keep reporting faults which they are oblidged to carry out. They seem to find it acceptable for us to wait 10 months for our shower to be repaired and leave us without an oven for 1 month, just to name a few faults. Today it has become clear that our home is back on the market to let all because we are obiding by our agrement and reporting faults. I dont know how these people can sleep at night! They havnt even offered us any of their other properties to move in to. There words "we are not a housing association" ..err hello i know that we have 2 employeed incomes...we are not scroungers! ..bunch of T****
