Given the poor site planning, the houses opposite us were built three years after we moved in. During the whole construction process, vehicles were parked everywhere, causing a lot of inconvenience to residents. In addition, we often found litter in our front garden. We escalated these issues to customer service many times, but they did not consider them to be a problem.

While construction activity can inevitably cause some temporary inconvenience, we acknowledge that issues such as inconsiderate parking and litter falling short of the standards we aim to uphold, and we apologise if this impacted your day-to-day living. We are also disappointed to learn that you felt your concerns were not taken seriously when raised with our customer service team. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We take all reported issues seriously and aim to communicate clearly and consistently throughout any resolution process. We would also note that we have been in regular contact with you, often on a daily basis, to address your concerns and provide updates as matters have progressed. Your comments regarding changes to agreed actions following inspection are particularly concerning, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure our processes are fair, transparent, and consistent. We appreciate that dealing with these matters has taken up your time, and we regret any stress or inconvenience caused as a result. Feedback like yours is important in helping us improve both our site management practices and our customer care approach. I would like to express my dissatisfaction to developer Countryside Homes UK, which is the part of Vistry Group, as the company has delayed the promised construction for over six months, we can’t use our garden over half an year, and cause us feel dangerous and anxious. If arrangements cannot be made for me shortly, I will publish the property address and hope that investors will reconsider this company.

Countryside homes built a lovely house for us but the Sales Constant, Rhodri was five stars. His approach was friendly but not overbearing, helpful but not pushy and he always had time to answer questions on the development. We were pleased with the build standard of the house but it was Rhodri who made the process smooth and hassle free.

We worked with two sales reps on site for nearly two years in total, from seeing the site and knowing what house type we wanted, then having to wait until the phase they were on became available, and finally the six months of build.
