The sales team were amazing especially our sales consultant Alan at the Nuneaton branch. We had a few issues with our sales progressor putting unnecessary pressure onto us as buyers which were dealt with quickly.
Since moving in we have been checked in on by our sales consultant for any needs we need and advice.
After being in for 10 days they come out to check for snags and how you’re settling in. They are there to help with any needs.
You feel very welcomed and supported.
Goes without saying we love our home.

He is brilliant! No question too daft, he is reassuring and responsive and really friendly too.

We moved in to a countryside property in June 2025 in Warrington. The roads are still unfinished as are the pavements outside. You cannot get through to anyone, multiple calls and emails completely unanswered. It is an utter disgrace that you pay high prices and receive this level of service. We still have outstanding snags too but trying to get this sorted is completely impossible. Avoid this company at all costs!
