I believe this may have been left due to you applying for a property and then pulling out of the application and then asking for your non refundable deposit back?! I would therefore suggest that this review is discounted as it has been submitted out of no reason other than not being able to get their own way after wasting 2 weeks of the landlords and the agents time.
