After a really bad experience with a well known letting agent, we shall name Cat Dobson, I was very dubious when going for a property with a not as well known agent (if a well known one can be so bad why can I expect from a not as known one) well I can’t begin to put into words the professionalism of this letting agent! Kim, Gemma and the team have been nothing but amazing! From the first viewing, checking in (they delivered the keys to the property) and the year long tenancy I cannot fault them! Not only can I reach the via property file but they also set up a WhatsApp chat which made contact so much easier and although they are busy they would always respond within a few hours! No matter what the issue was they made sure to resolve! I could not recommend this agent enough it’s a shame we are moving and can’t have them stay as our agent because I cannot fault them at all!

Do not use this company - they do nothing but waste your time. During such a hard time when there are no rental homes they like to waste more of peoples times so they miss out on other potential rentals. Referencing checks via Tenancy360 take forever and apparently landlord can decide 6 weeks into an application he has concerns and doesn't want to progress when all reference checks were completed satisfactory. Ageist or maybe even racist but official complaint has been logged.

Great Management team for Landlords with high expectations

It is important to me that as a landlord my tenants are happy and I believe Lisa and the team have made sure that has been happening. They have been a joy to work with and give me peace of mind. I have been using Monster Lets for renting out my property for just over a year now and they will also be taking on my other property as well. They have been absolutely brilliant in liaising with me, keeping me updated on minor repairs and giving me notice when I need to put in more investment or checks to ensure our tenants have a comfortable home, they even had arrangements for these to be carried out as a reasonable rate I believe and most times it just me confirming I am happy for the work to take place.

Monsterlets restored our faith in letting agents. Prior to meeting Lisa and Nigel of Monsterlets, we were struggling to let our properties. We were working with a letting agency who had only negative attitudes and who quite frankly were just not bothered. Monsterlets manages our small portfolio of houses.
