GoogleMy elderly mum rents her house from Monster lets and they couldn't be more helpful. They respond instantly if she needs any repairs and her home is very well maintained and cared for. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!

Thank you for your message Chris. I have checked our records and do not have any clients going by your name so I am confused as to why we have this review from you. We do not charge a £500 fee for any of our services especially not references as stated in you review. In addition to this we work closely alongside our landlords and contractors to ensure maintenance and repair standards are always adhered to. Have you got us confused with another company? - there is another company called Monsterlettings which is based down south of the country and I am wondering whether it is this company you are referring to. You can contact me anytime to discuss this review and hopefully resolve any confusion. In the meantime I have reported this review to Google as an incorrect post. Thanks again.
