GoogleCommunication is key and we had it every step of the way with Edel at Quinns. Edel marketed our property, using a professional photographer, she showed our family home in its best light. Edel showed prospective buyers round and gave us useful feedback following each viewing. She found our buyer in a few short months. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone her outside of normal working hours as my job doesn't lend itself to office hours! We had hiccups as many house sales do, but honestly without Edel there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully got to the point of signing contracts!! As a buyer new to the area and without any opinions on any agents, Quinn Estate Agents stood out for me head and shoulders above all other agents. So when I came to selling my house, my first and only port of call was to Quinn's. From the initial valuation, through the marketing and promotion of my property to the negotiation and eventual sale, I was kept well-informed of all developments, with speedy response to all my queries and friendly trustworthy advice at all times. GoogleWe found Quinn estate agent to be "the whole package" and would highly recommend them for their professional approach, open and constant communication with us throughout the process and above all knowledge of the property market and how best to tap into it. Jonathan's expertise on his initial visit to our home inspired us with confidence in his company, to the photographers who showcased our home(even made us doubt why we were selling it!) and as a result viewers came thick and fast! To Ryan, our personal advisor and the office team who provided advice, information and support throughout the process. It is rare to come across such professionalism from an entire team which is the case with Quinn's.
