We have just moved in to our new home having sold our previous home with Edel at Quinn Estate Agents in Downpatrick. From our first enquiry the service we received was second to none. We were guided through every step of the way and no question was made to feel silly or unneseccary; Edel was always a phone call, text or email away. Edel is a fantastic person to deal with, super organised and knowledgeable and she always remains calm and reassuring during any times of uncertainty or doubt. I would have no hesitation in recommending the exceptional services of Quinn Estate Agents in Downpatrick to anyone wishing to sell their home.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We had a brilliant experience with Quinn’s. I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication of Edel. Nothing was too much trouble. Edel kept us informed at all stages of the process. She allayed any fears we might have had and reassured us at all times. We have nothing but admiration for her dedication to our house sale. We felt that Edel was more of a friend than a sales negotiator and we thank her and Quinn’s for everything they have done for us. We highly recommend this team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thankyou to Edel & Belinda for the professional and friendly service we received selling our property. We particularly want to commend the prompt feedback we received from Edel which kept us fully informed throughout the process. The pictures on the website and brochure were exceptional. At this difficult time while Covid is still a threat, Quinn’s provided reassurance in a challenging environment. We would highly recommend Quinn’s Patrick & Noreen Totton

From my first interaction with Quinns Downpatrick office, I knew they were the ones for the job. Belinda's wealth of experience was evident when providing valuations for 2 properties, and her straight talking, efficient manner made Quinns the obvious choice for us. We then had Edel guiding us through the rest of the selling and buying process and things could not have went more smoothly. Nothing was to much for her. She was always available with her invaluable guidance and replied to all queries instantly. I can honestly say we would not be in our dream home without Edel and all the Quinn team. They were the best choice we made at the start of this process. Also, thank you to the photographers for their amazing photos.

Service was inviting, friendly, knowledgable. Quick response times and follow through with any queries. Excellent conduit between purchasers when bidding process commenced. Highly recommend. This is the second home I’ve sold with Quinns in 10years. They have also managed a property I rented out. You won’t go wrong in their hands.
