GoogleI deliberately chose Quinn's Estate Agents because I felt they would appeal to the more modern aspirational market sector that would appreciate the style and quality of my home. From the very beginning of my 'relationship' with Quinn's, I found them to be helpful, reliable utterly professional. Jonathan Quinn was accurate in assessing the market value of the property. He helped me make contact with Matt and Carrie Symons. They moved smoothly through the house, with Carrie arranging my rooms to make the most of them for Matt's cameras. Within 10 days, the photographs were on Quinn's website and in the eye-catching brochure, and Matt's brilliantly edited video could be accessed on YouTube. Quinn's active use of Social Media was one of the key reasons I chose them. Matt and Carrie also did the EPC rating and developed a floorplan that really helped when people came to view. The first viewers came within 2 days of the house being put on the market, and the house sold within weeks at the asking price, despite my neighbours thinking it would take a lot longer, given the area and the size of the property. I believe it was Quinn's knowledge of the market, their presence on both the high street and the internet, combined with their professional approach that made this sale go so smoothly. Personally, I found them all a joy to 'work's with. They did everything they said they would, were excellent communicators and supported me throughout the process. I totally recommend them.

GoogleWhere do I start with Adele, she helped us from the very beginning two years ago when we started looking for our very first home, when we couldn’t find what we were looking for she kept me up to date with any new properties hitting the market, after 2 years of saving and looking we finally found our first home and she got us a viewing the next day! She is so friendly, kind and very invested in her clients, she worked super fast to get our offer in and got back to us within days to arrange mortgage set up, Adele was there every step of the way always reassuring, keeping me up to date of things happening behind the scenes and just keeping our minds at ease, the process happened so quickly and when we finally got our keys to become homeowners she greeted us with a huge smile nearly as excited as we were, and kindly gave us a gift too! GoogleEdel was fantastic when we decided to sell our house. We had the house valued quickly and with a realistic price range. Edel communicated frequently and answered all my questions even with information or what to expect when purchasing my new home which was through another estate agent as I had never been involved in buying a second home. I can’t thank them enough for the hard work and excellent quality of presentation of my house online and in the brochure. Despite covid delays, I was always updated on views and eventually our buyers and what stage of the buying process they were at. The house sold very quickly and was delighted that my property didn’t spend too long on the market.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
