GoogleMorris Armitage has been a fantastic rental agent. Customer service has been excellent throughout my time renting from them. Questions and queries were quickly answered and inspections were conducted respectfully. For a first time renter, they- especially Frankie- were extremely supportive.

GoogleMost discriminatory letting agent currently renting. Every single property just says no outside, even the dilapidated ones. What are you going to do next month when the law changes and you won't be able to even ask if people have pets anymore?

They are extremely friendly and professional and went to very great lengths to make it a seamless process, liaising with solicitors and buyers and constantly keeping everyone up to date. Karen went above and beyond what anyone might expect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe chose Morris Armitage in Downham Market after initially having chosen another local estate agent. What I really liked about them was they were just honest - about the price of the house and the varying market conditions. They kept us up to speed all along and also got a fair few people through the door. We sold with them after a few months of the house going on the market - from James the owner to Ben, Lee, Karen and Vicky, there was a smooth transition between departments as we moved through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They don't talk the talk, like many estate agents. They walk the walk. And we are very grateful to them.

What an absolute superstar helping us with our sale even though we didn’t use Morris Armitage we used another estate agent but our buyer used them and Karen reached out to see if she could help and get some updates as NO one knew anything and our estate agents were not very informative we wouldn’t have completed if it wasn’t for Karen!!
